Lightheart Properties is a real estate company based in Vancouver, BC, built upon the legacy of the Lightheart Brothers, who played an integral role in developing many of Vancouver’s historic buildings. The company focuses on developing and managing purpose-built rental projects.

Lightheart Properties believes in supporting local communities. The late Terry Lightheart founded Lightheart Properties and other related companies throughout his lifetime. He believed in supporting people and communities in the lower mainland. Terry had a dream for his legacy to continue giving after his passing. His Trustees established the Lightheart Foundation to make an ongoing positive impact on future generations after his passing in 2016. Lightheart Properties and Affiliate Darby’s Hospitality (Darby’s Pub and Liquor Store) have funded the Lightheart Foundation with millions of dollars to help support important initiatives focused on strengthening our communities.
